come together...

Hi sweet friends,
thank you so very much for
all of your well wishes and
for keeping me in your thoughts.
I'm not better at all yet.  But,  I'm
following up with the Dr. again tomorrow.
It's kinda hard to get better when you
don't know what's wrong.  So frustrating,
but I'm just trying to rest and stay as comfortable
as I can.  I'm in alot of pain, so I still haven't
been able to sit at my desk.  I borrow my hubby's
laptop once in awhile, but it stresses me out
to think of all the things I'm supposed to be doing.
I think of all the orders and people waiting
for updates and unanswered emails and blog comments...
eeeeeek!!!  BUT..You guys are all so sweet and so patient.
I know there is nothing to worry about.
THANK YOU for baring with me and for being my sweet
friends.  I'll keep you posted...

My sweet 8 year old Jake watched history unfold
last night before his very eyes.   Barack Obama
will be our 44th President of the United States!!
What an amazing night!!!!
I took the boys with me to vote on Tuesday.  They
helped me hobble up to the booth and I showed them
my ballot sheet and how you fill it out.   They said they
were proud to help me and to have voted in their
own school elections that day.  Then they asked to go
buy a new Webkinz.  Short attention spans...you know.
anyways...
no matter what your personal politics are,
let this be a time where we come together as a people
and work towards peace and prosperity for all.

xoxoxo...jenn

Jenn girl,
I'm so sorry that you are in so much pain! Do you have any meds to help with your pain? Being a nurse and all, we worry about people in pain. Don't you worry about my order at all! Concentrating getting yourself better is priority. Please take care. Talk soon, xo, Amy W.

Thinking of you Jenn..it can be scary when something is wrong and the source isnt known (my mom had that happen for some time). I hope that the right doctor or group of them find out the problem and get you on the right track to good health.
As for the ballot, you are doing a very wise thing by showing your sons how to vote. We vote by mail here in Oregon but my son will learn the same nonetheless. He watched with us as the results came in and knows that the President will be "Orack Orama" as he calls him:) Lets hope that this decision will unite our country and not divide it..
xo,
Christine

Forget the orders!

Take these orders: Be kind to yourself. Give yourself a break. Take care. Ignore any and all crap. Watch lots of TV. Give and get hugs.

And then you'll be back to thinking in exclamation marks!!!!!

Love!!!
