get up and gooooo...

i don't want to.
get up and go that is.
i want to keep letting the boys stay up
late. i want to keep sleeping in. i don't
want my husband to have to go back to
work. i guess, basically, i just want our
winter break to never end!
know what i mean?

it's been so much fun.
christmas. sledding.
playing board games with the boys.
battling each other on wii resort.
watching movies.
seeing my aunt and cousins.
playing in the city. new years. lots
and lots of fun. a super fabulous break:)

it's time to ease back in to reality:)
time to get back to work.

happy new year sweet pals!
here's to lots of happiness
and health and creativity in 2010!
and maybe some more sleeping in:)

Today will be the first day I've had a chance to get into the studio in several weeks. I'm excited. I've been needing some quiet.

I'm sure by this evening I'll be wishing for winter break to be back.

Have a great 2010. I'm looking forward to seeing your new creations this year.

Hi Jenn! Hapy New Year to you! So happy you had a wonderful holiday! I talked to my sister this morning about back to school. She was telling me how hard it is to get the boys up at 6am, in order to drop the first one off at 7:10. Today was no different, and especially hard-lot's of yelling "get up" she said, only to find out that school starts TOMORROW! I LOL at that! She drove home and the boys are now all back in bed!

Have a great week!

You guys looks like you had so much fun! I totally know what you mean~I already checked to see when the next break is..:P
It's been a nice break we've~putting new floors in and reorganizing the house. We took off a few days to spend in Portland and of course the guys went snowboarding giving me time to work in peace for a few hours each day (yes, work).<- need to change that..
Have a wonderful new year~ a safe a healthy one above all:)

With you 100%. I totally was bummed when my husband left for work this morning!!! The kids were equally so. :(

But, we will appreciate weekends and evenings all the more until the next vacation and holiday!

Sounds like you are treasuring every moment! Beautiful! Enjoy! I remember being sad the first couple of days after my daughter went back to school. This post reminds me that even as a teenager there are still moments to treasure...just harder to find sometimes. Love. Cheers!
