vintage tuesday

today is all about those pesky household chores that i adore. ahem. can you sense the sarcasm there? don't get me wrong. i love a clean house. it's just the 'getting there' part that is not so fun sometimes. laundry is sooo not my friend...you know...the way it grows and grows...even when you thought you were all caught up? i remember as a little girl how much i LOVED ironing and cleaning. i felt like such a grown up when my nana would let me iron my poppop's handkerchiefs!

i think i've shared this old photo before...me...so proud of ironing. so, let's focus on the FUN of cleaning:) i just love these little pint sized "household chores" related vintage finds that i've come across recently. i'll be adding them to the shop today. enjoy!

right after i work on some laundry!

xoxo...jenn
p.s. more pics of our trip...tomorrow!

I love all the little kid stuff! I tried to avoid ironing at all costs, but unfortunately, I do have few things waiting and waiting to get ironed....debbie

What a cute pic. I loved to iron then also. I graduated from hankies to pillowcases. I still have my toy iron from those days (60's) and still love to iron. Fun post. Take care. Susan
