lou and little lou

we are on the countdown.  6 more days until school starts!  we are trying to soak up every last minute of it too.  the most fun?   louie.  what a sweet pea.  so tiny and funny and full of spunk.  he is a riot.  but the poor, sweet pea guy got a little bug and had to be put on antibiotics.  scared us so much.  but he is doing really well.  hasn't slowed him down at all.  he plays so hard and then passes right out.  it's been quite a few years since we've trained a puppy....and it is a challenge of course.  but...potty training is coming along and sleeping at night is getting better.  last night he slept from 12 - 5:30!  thank you lou!  yawn.

now onto the other "lou" in my life.  mr. henry (little lou).  

he turned the big seven while we were on our trip!  

mia and pappy (my paretns) gave him a fabulous birthday 

party with a huge cake and balloons and decorations 

and a trip to henry's fave...cici's pizza!  we were so 

lucky to have our friends there and my aunt judi and 

uncle tony.  such a fun time. henry deserves it too.  

poor guy has spent so many birthdays moving.  

end of july is always when we have been trekking 

across america with our life in boxes.  

this was way better.
