mini swan shadow box KIT and ONLINE class
make a mini swan shadow box with me! based on my popular Spring Glitter Retreat project, this kit and class will show you how to make your own little versions. yay!
i’ll teach you how to use paper clay, cardboard and paint to transform a little box into a sweet shadow box that can highlight a special photo or memento. once you learn this technique you’ll be covering every box you come across:
kits are ready to ship and include the link for you to access my filmed online class. (access as many as times as you want, forever!)
your kit will include materials to complete 2 boxes. one for you and one for a friend! (or 2 for you!)

2 paper boxes measuring approx 3 x 2”
cardboard with swan pattern
2 clay vases/vessels (see pics)
millinery flowers with a bits of moss
vintage book pages
super glue
masking tape
link to the pre-filmed online class with over an hour of video tutorials including how to use paper clay and cardboard to make your swan box, my layered painting techniques and how to paint my roses. i’ll show you how to use photos or other mementos inside your shadow box as well.
you will only need to add:
acrylic craft paint with a couple paintbrushes. i use Folk Art brand and like the blue color Adrift, white, black, orange, brown, red, pink and a dark and lime green color you like.
a photo if wanted
Gel Medium or Mod Podge to attach your vintage book page to the inside of the box.
