patch and mend KIT with video tutorial
this kit is based on my ‘patch and mend’ class. i have personally curated each kit with everything you’ll need to turn your fave jeans into a work of art!
i most recently taught this class at The Mckinney Knittery… see the last photo:)
in your package, you will also receive a password for my video tutorial showing how i add several different pieces with a variety of stitches and methods. PLEASE NOTE: this video is from last year and may feature some different pieces of fabric than you’ll receive… but all the same info regarding how to use ANY fabric!
each kit varies in colors and patterns. one of a kind vintage pieces that i’ve lovingly pulled from my most favorite pieces. photos show examples of what you will receive. (sorry… i can not guarantee what colors or patterns you receive)
here’s some of the yummy stuff included:
vintage dresden plate pieces
vintage feedsack
pieces from my most favorite ancient quilt
a variety of ‘patches’ cut from cathe holden Moda fabrics (so cute!)
2 random frames from my favorite out of print fabric
aleene’s temporary fabric glue stick
skein of DMC floss
needle
and MORE! it’s a very generous kit that can be used on multiple pieces of clothing. you can use on jeans that actually have holes to mend…but you can also just use for decoration!
